Retreats: Retreat Application

You can submit your application and payment online or by mail. Each retreat requires a separate application.

Please read our retreat Info and Policies before applying. By submitting an application you acknowledge that you have read and understood our policies.

Applications are accepted in the order received. Payment must be included with the application. See Info and Policies for details on cancellations and refunds.

Apply Online

If you are applying online, payment is processed by Google Checkout, which accepts credit or debit cards with the following logos: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

You must have a Google account or sign-up for one when you reach the payment page.

Our online application is brand new, so please contact us if you have any problems or feedback.

Apply by Mail

For mailed applications if you don't hear from us after applying, you've been accepted for retreat. If you wish to confirm your acceptance, please contact us.

If applying by mail and paying by check, download and print the Retreat Application (PDF File), fill it out, and mail it to us with your check for the full amount.

If applying by mail and paying by credit card, download and print both the Retreat Application (PDF File) and Order Form (PDF File). Fill out the application, enter your credit card information on the Order Form, and mail both forms. You can also fax them to (585) 669-9573.

Applying for Retreat Assistance

If you want to apply for financial assistance, please download, print, and fill out our Retreat Assistance Application (PDF File). We don't normally provide assistance of more than half the retreat fee. Please mail it with your retreat application. We will inform you as soon as possible about our decision.
