Please note that the following schedule may vary slightly depending on circumstances. All scheduled activities (other than one's assigned job) are optional.
First Day

| 9:30 pm | Tea, crackers, & fruit in kitchen |
Other Days
| 5:30 am | Wake up bell |
| 6:00 am | Timed sittings; meetings with teacher |
| 7:30 am | Breakfast |
| 8:00 am | Work period |
| 9:00 am | Break |
| 10:00 am | Timed sitting |
| 10:35 am | Talk |
| 11:30 am | Sitting (approximate time, depending on length of talk) |
| 12:00 pm | Lunch |
| 12:30 pm | Break |
| 1:45 - 2:45 pm | Group meeting in the sitting room |
| 3:30 pm | Optional exercise period |
| 4:30 pm | Timed sitting |

Retreat participants are welcome to stay overnight at no charge at the end of retreat. The post-retreat dinner and breakfast the next morning are also included in the retreat fee.
