DESCRIPTION:Saturday Retreats (formerly All Day Sittings) are one of the most popular ways to participate in the work of Springwater Center. We come together for a day of sharing silence\, sitting\, listening\, and meditative dialogue. The day begins at 8:30 am Eastern Time with silent sitting\, includes a talk by one of our teaching staff\, a group dialogue\, and social time before concluding at 4pm. This provides a daylong retreat environment without the time or financial commitment of attending one of our overnight retreats. \n  \nIf you would like to attend a Saturday Retreat\, please complete the Saturday Retreat registration form. \nIf you would like to reserve a stay for this weekend\, please use the the guest stay form. \nAll scheduled activities are optional. You may prefer to sit on your own indoors or out\, read\, exercise\, or walk the trails on our beautiful land. All Day Sittings are held in silence\, with time for socializing at the end of the day. Please contact us at info@springwatercenter.org for more information.
