Please join us as we gather online this coming Saturday for an Open Meditative Dialogue with guest speaker Rick Holmgren .
Rick has been exploring meditative and personal development practices for most of his adult life. He first encountered meditative inquiry at Springwater in 2017 and has been a regular participant in Springwater retreats since then. He credits meditative inquiry and dialogue with helping shift an intellectual understanding into lived experience.
Rick’s meditative work is grounded in a visceral understanding of wholeness. He writes, “Meditative inquiry invites me to rest in this moment. The deeper I sink into what is here now, the more I understand that there is nothing we need to do and nothing we need to fix. We are, each one of us, already whole.”
The schedule is as follows:

1:30 – 1:55 pm – Timed Sitting

Speaking and dialoguing at Springwater Center is different from a lecture or a discussion group where we share what we already know. The spirit of meditative inquiry infuses talks and dialogues with a sense of exploration and discovery, of being open to the freshness of not knowing. Join the program online and experience this for yourself.
Online Open Meditative Dialogues are donation-based events. To contribute in support, a donation of $12 per attendance is suggested. Please use the button below to donate, and choose the “Online Sittings/Programs” option. Your generosity helps keep online programs available for all to attend.
Thank you.
