If you are applying online, payment is processed by Stripe, which accepts credit or debit cards with the following logos: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

If you would like to become a member before attending retreat and receive the member rate, we ask that you pay three quarters of dues in conjunction with your application.
Applying by Mail
If you are applying by mail and paying by check, download and print the Retreat Application (PDF File). Fill out the form and mail it to us with your check for the full amount.
If you are applying by mail and paying by credit card, download and print both the Retreat Application (PDF File) and Order Form (PDF File). Fill out the application, enter your credit card information on the Order Form, and mail both forms.
For mailed applications if you don’t hear from us after applying, you’ve been accepted for retreat. If you wish to confirm your acceptance, please contact us.
Assistance for up to half the retreat fee may be available from the Retreat Assistance Fund depending on your circumstances.
To apply for assistance online, please apply for the retreat online following the directions above, and choose the “I will apply for assistance” option in the Payment section. Then download, print and fill in the Retreat Assistance Application 2016 PDF file. Mail the form and we will let you know as soon as possible how much assistance can be provided.
