About staff
Springwater Center is a country retreat center, where staff and volunteers live and work together. The center is maintained and cared for by a core residential staff and the help of occasional volunteers.
There are a wide range of skills and positions needed to keep the center functioning- including administrative and financial expertise, kitchen, gardening, building/maintenance abilities, basic housekeeping, and care of the grounds.
Joining the Staff
We currently have two staff openings at Springwater Center. One is in housekeeping and the other is in repair and maintenance.
Springwater is a country retreat center, where staff, guests, and volunteers live and work together.
Staff benefits include a modest monthly stipend, medical coverage, five weeks of vacation, and the opportunity to take part in retreats alongside other participants.
If you are interested in applying for staff, we ask you to volunteer for several weeks and attend one retreat prior to consideration, so that we can get to know one another. Please contact us for more information.
