Staff Openings

We sometimes have staff openings at Springwater Center. Staff benefits includes medical and dental coverage, a monthly salary, five weeks of vacation, and the opportunity to attend retreats. Staff operate and maintain the Center, run retreats, and help with rentals (if they occur).

Living and working here is somewhat communal in nature. If you are interested in applying for staff, we ask you to volunteer for several weeks and attend one retreat prior to consideration. Please contact us for more information.
