Join Us for a Day

Coming for a day visit can be a great way to get to know the work of the center in a simple and easy way. Day visitors may use the meditation hall and other sitting areas, explore our miles of hiking trails, spend time in the library, or enjoy a sauna. Spontaneous conversations with staff members and teachers in residence may further one’s interest in the work of meditation and inquiry.

We are generally open from Tuesday and Saturday and can accommodate guest visits most days of the week. Lunch is served at 12:30, and a $8 donation is requested if dining with us. Please use the Guest Request Form or contact us to schedule your visit.

COVID-19 update: Except for the Guest Cabin, the Center is closed to in-person visitors at present, in accord with New York State guidelines. We are now offering a variety of programs online.
