8:30 AM: Timed Sitting and walking
10:00 AM: Break/open sitting
10:30 AM: Timed sitting and walking
11:05 AM: Talk followed by open sitting
12:00 PM: Lunch and Communal Clean-up
12:30 PM: Break/open sitting
1:30 PM: Timed sitting and walking
2:40 PM: Group dialogue
3:40 PM: Refreshments/Social time
